Basic info

Learn me in a glance

Hello! My name is Ashley. I am a recent graduate from RISD, with a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design.

In 2020, I interned with the Tencent Product Operations team. During this period, we improved a charity program that brings education and equal learning opportunities to underrepresented groups in China. Last summer, I spent three months at Amazon, working in the Global Talent Management and Compensation team. During this time, I improved the most crucial promotion platforms for 1.6 million employees at Amazon. This year, I returned to the same team at Amazon as a design intern, working on problems to improve the hiring experience for all new employees and managers.

In addition, I was also a design lead in the ARVR NASA SUITS Space Club. In this role, I led 20 other students, and together, we created workable VR interfaces using the Microsoft HoloLens to help astronauts navigate the lunar surface. Through all these team experiences, I have developed strong collaborative and communication skills with team members.

Feel free to reach out and connect! You will not regret it. :)

03

Solution-oriented - I want to deliver my product on time, accomplish the set goal and resolve the identified issues. With that in mind, today, I would like to present the project I am most proud of.
